A little guidance

Help with the words and the printing

Before you begin

Can I make changes after paying?

Yes. The purchase covers revisions and downloads for this memorial, not just one export. Keep the recovery code and project file to restore both access and your work on another device.

Will my photographs be stored online?

Drafts stay in this browser. When you preview or export, your details and photograph are sent securely to our PDF generator for that request. We do not create a permanent online gallery or keep a server-side copy of the design.

Is this a printing service?

No. You receive digital PDF files. You can print at home or ask a local or online printer to print them. The print-ready PDF has safe margins and no bleed; confirm your printer accepts that format.

Can I use it for a non-religious service?

Yes. Every heading and section is editable. You can create a funeral programme, a celebration-of-life booklet or a memorial service order.

Do you provide hymns or poems?

No copyrighted lyrics or readings are supplied. Add your own words or material you have permission to reproduce, and check the running order with your celebrant or officiant.
